Talking Philanthropy was first conceptualised in 2016 when we identified the need for a thought leadership forum that would tackle the key issues of the philanthropic sector.
The uniqueness of Talking Philanthropy stems from Global Philanthropic’s ability to convene world-leading philanthropists, academics, non-profit leaders, and policymakers in an environment that fosters open dialogue and builds lasting networks.
What to expect?
The format of Talking Philanthropy, designed and facilitated by Global Philanthropic members, fosters problem-solving and encourages innovation and creative ideas. Speakers and attendees identify challenges and discuss solutions through talks, panels, workshops, and Q&A sessions.
Talking Philanthropy provides an opportunity for participants to take time to think beyond the day-to-day of their work, reflect on the sector and how it impacts the world.
